It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Palm & Paddle Grille first opened its doors and brought the fresh, vibrant flavors of the coast to Springfield. Whether you're a loyal guest or a first-timer, this June is the perfect time to swing by and celebrate with us as we mark one year of amazing food, fun memories, and incredible community support.
To say thank you for an unforgettable year, we’re throwing a weekend-long celebration from Friday, June 6th to Sunday, June 8th—and trust us, you won’t want to miss a moment of it.
Friday, June 6: Let’s Kick Things Off (Half Off!)
We’re starting the party strong with ½ price appetizers all day Friday. This is your chance to dive into our popular starters—whether you’re a fan of crispy coconut shrimp, our signature nachos, or those crave-worthy snorkels—at half the price. It’s the perfect excuse to bring a group, try something new, or just treat yourself without breaking the bank.
Saturday, June 7: Sweet Saturday Vibes
Because no celebration is complete without dessert, we’re keeping the deals rolling on Saturday with ½ price desserts. From our famous house-made Key Lime Pie to tropical favorites with an island twist, you’ll want to save room after your main course. (Or let’s be honest—maybe start with dessert. We won’t judge.)
Sunday, June 8: The Grand Finale
Sunday is the main event, and we’re going big. Think sweet treats, frozen drinks, fun photo ops, and giveaways.

Whether you're into cocktails or keeping it zero-proof, all frozen drinks will be half-off all day. It’s the perfect way to cool down and soak up the summer atmosphere. Grab a frozen margarita, daiquiri, or one of our non-alcoholic frozen delights and toast to a year of flavor and good times.
🍩 Churro Truck on Site!
We’re bringing in the Xurros churro truck from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the first 250 people to stop by will get a FREE churro, no purchase necessary. After that? Show your Palm & Paddle Grille receipt and you’ll get one churro per person on the same ticket—because what’s better than sweet fried dough on a Sunday?
🎟️ Raffle Time!
We’re also hosting a raffle with two amazing beach-themed prizes:
A Bogg Bag loaded with lake day essentials, PPG swag, and a $25 Palm & Paddle gift certificate
A Yeti cooler stocked with summer gear, merch, and another $25 gift card
Here’s how to enter: For every food purchase you make, you’ll get a raffle entry. One receipt = one entry per person in your party. When you get your entry ticket, just drop it in the basket for the prize you want to win. We’ll have collection baskets set up so you can pick your favorite.
And no worries if you can’t hang around—we’ll announce the winners later, and you don’t need to be present to win. We’re even thinking about going live on social media when we draw the winners to keep the excitement going!
